Change your Mindset About Music Theory

In order to understand music theory, you need to first get rid of any current misconceptions you have about it. Once you do this, you can truly unlock your greatest potential with musical expression and creativity. The main thing to understand about music theory is that it is useful for explaining how music makes us feel various emotions.

Music theory will help you understand exactly you feel the way you do when you listen to any given piece of music. The best part is that you will then be able to use this knowledge in your own musical expression to make much higher quality music. You will no longer have to waste time trying to find "right notes" when making your own music. This will put your level of musical creativity far ahead of most guitarist and musicians who simply play around on their instrument until sounds interesting. Music theory gives you all the equipment you need to put together new musical ideas much more quickly, without to rely on remembering the way something sounds. Having the ability to associate specific feelings and emotions with the musical tools needed to express them allows to compose and organize entire sections of your music on paper before even playing any notes.

The Secret to Expressing Emotion in Music

One of the greatest abilities you can have as a musical artist is to be able to take any idea or emotion and accurately convey it ion music. On top of that, great musical creativity means make your listeners feel the exact emotions you intended them to feel with you music. The fact is, most people do not know how to be truly creative in their guitar playing. The biggest problem is that have a core misunderstanding about how musical creativity really works. If you struggle with this, then probably know that this can become an increasingly frustrating experience over time.

You must know know how specific musical emotions can be created and expressed by making musical choices while composing music or playing a music instruments. Additionally, you need to be able to make your audience understand exactly what emotions you want to express with your music, without having to say a single word. Many people struggle greatly with doing this and as a result they end up limited to only playing the music of others without ever really expressing themselves through their instrument playing.

Unlocking Children's Creativity through Movement and Music

When we think of movement and music in early childhood, it is perhaps the image of dancing and singing children that first comes to mind. And, because dancing and singing are associated with art forms, we naturally assume that any activities involving movement and music will, of course, promote creativity. But the truth is, movement and music activities that ask the children to merely imitate the parent or teacher will do little to foster creativity.

This describe a place in children's lives and education. Children need to learn to follow directions, to physically replicate what the eyes see, and to take part in activities promoting a sense of belonging. But creativity is not a natural outcome of such activities-just as creativity is not the domain of artist alone. Indeed, we need creativity in business, industry, science, education, and life itself. Every time we whip up a glorious meal from a refrigerator full of leftovers, we're employing creativity!

Creative Strategies for Electronic Music Producers

As you are producing music your vocal melodies feel wrong somewhere as if there's "conflict"between the rhythm of the melody and the natural flow of the lyrics. Writing vocal parts is a fundamentally more complicated problem than writing instrumental music, because words and sentences have their own implicit rhythm that needs to be consciously considered. You have to find some tips on how to get your musical and textual rhythm to work together or to counter each other if that's your intention.

As part of our morning meditation ritual, we often sing and play music the goddess of music, arts and science. We believe that one of the best ways to align our own creative nature with the creative force of the universe is to invoke the spirit of music. This could be done by singing to ourselves. We use this practice to help keep our more creative and balance while working, bathing or everything that we are doing in our daily basis.Creativity is one of the most essential tools for an artist to develop his/her own music. Creative development as a musician can be directly correlated to your future success in all kinds of careers. We recognize an unexplained connection between music and creativity and often attributed our scientific insight and intuition to music. We would probably be a musician. We often think in music. We live our daydreams in music. We see our life in terms of music….we get most joy in life out of music. There, now I’ve got it, something in the music would guide our thoughts in new and creative directions.

DJ Shimza
. So in project 4 I produced my own beat then I took an existing hip hop song and change it to house music using my own beat. Firstly I produced a house beat aside using Fruity Loop (tom’s Download.2015) using the style of Black Coffee (SharingMusic.2012) when he is producing his music. Secondly I took an existing hip hop song, remove the beat and left with voices only. There after I used Visual DJ Pro7 (Virtual DJ Pro 7.2008) to combine my beat and voices of hip hop song to make a house music. Then I finalized the song by giving to other people to check where I’m I suppose to change or to improve. I’ve produced these song because I’ve been inspired by Black Coffee (SharingaMusic.2012),and also my brother motivated me to be a music producer and he taught me how to produce music so for now I was just trying whether I can manage to do what I’ve been taught or not.

My inspiration master In project 1

Black Coffee

Black Coffee (born Nkosinathi Maphumulo on 11 March 1976) is a South Africa multi award winning record producer and DJ. Black Coffee began his career back in 1994 and has released four albums and one Live DVD under his Johannesburg based record label called Soulistic Music. He is arguably one of the most influential musicians in Africa. Black Coffee got his big break shortly after being chosen as a South African participant in the 2004 Red Bull Music Academy held in Cape Town (www.Blackcoffee.co.za.2015). Black coffee is the one of my inspiration masters in assignment 1 of introduction to creative development. He motivated me to stick on my talent, even if people discourage me to quit what I am doing I have to tell myself that i'll make it even if I don't have support from anyone.
