What is Creativity
Introduction to Creative Development is all about creativity. Creativity is a phenomenon whereby something new and somehow valuable is formed, such as an idea, a scientific theory, an invention, a literary work a painting, a musical composition and a joke. Creativity is the state of quality of being creative. The ability to transcend traditional ideas, rules, patterns, relationship, or the like, and to create meaningful new ideas, forms, methods, interpretation, originality, progressiveness, or imagination. The process by which are utilizes create ability. "over the cause of the cast decade however, we seem to have reached a general agreement that Creativity involves the production of novel, useful products" (Mumford.2013.pg.110). Creativity is a process of becoming sensitive to problems deficiencies, gaps in knowledge, missing elements disharmonious, and so on; identifying the difficulty; searching for solution making guesses or formulating hypotheses about the deficiencies; testy and retesting them; and finally communicate the result.
